Role & responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Facility Management (FM) operations across 2 States
- Supervise and coordinate site operations to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Manage a team of operational staff, supervisors, and site personnel.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management / Operations in a similar capacity.
- Candidates with experience as Operations Manager / Area Manager / Regional Operations Manager in the FM industry will be preferred.
- Strong experience in managing multi-site / multi-location operations.
- Excellent customer relationship and client management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and digital applications.




- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
