Position: Senior Supervisor - Operations

Location: Hoskote, Bengaluru, India
Job Purpose

The Senior Supervisor - Operations is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, customer service, safety, and cost targets. The role involves leading a team of supervisors, team leaders, operators, and associates while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
- 8-10 years of warehouse and logistics operations experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or team management role.
- Experience handling large-scale warehouse operations and customer-facing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Manage daily inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, and VAS operations.
- Ensure timely receipt, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure achievement of customer SLAs.
- Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and manpower.
2. Team Leadership & People Management




- Lead and supervise supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse associates.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, absenteeism, and manpower deployment.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members for enhanced performance.
- Support recruitment, induction, and training activities.
3. Inventory Management
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical verification.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor inventory movements and system transactions.
- Ensure inventory integrity and compliance with customer requirements.
4. Customer Service & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates on operational performance and service issues.
- Support customer visits, audits, and business reviews.
