Job Summary:

At VeeFly Global Tech, we run hundreds of Google Ads campaigns daily to help YouTube creators grow their views, audience reach, and subscribers globally. We are looking for highly motivated freshers who are curious about digital advertising, YouTube growth, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.

This is not a passive monitoring role. You will work directly on live ad campaigns, analyze performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and learn how large-scale YouTube advertising operations function. A core part of this role involves operating through our internal Ads Operations Dashboard, the central command center where our teams track performance, monitor live pacing, and make critical optimization decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Video & Demand Gen) to boost views, subscribers, and watch time.
- Data Analysis:



Use our internal Ads Operations Dashboard daily to track performance trends, monitor spend pacing, and make data-driven decisions.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor metrics like CPV, CPM, and Conversions, quickly troubleshooting any underperforming campaigns.
- Reporting: Maintain daily tracking sheets, build weekly performance summaries, and document operational issues.
- Collaboration: Work with senior team members via Slack to plan optimizations and escalate blockers.

Who You Are:
- The Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn digital marketing.
- The Skills: Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and fast-paced workflows.
- Qualifications: Graduate (any stream) | Fresher to 1 year of experience | Open to working rotational shifts.
- The Basics: You understand the fundamentals of Google Ads, YouTube video ads, and team tools like Slack.
