Key responsibilities

1. Merchandise planning, category mix & assortment strategy

• Own category-level planning and assortment strategy across the pre-loved garments resale channels, ensuring robust alignment between available inventory, target consumer segments, and channel fit. • Translate recovered garment supply into structured assortments by pre-defined metrics. • Determine how inventory across direct resale, restored/revived and repurposed pathways should feed into merchandise plans and channel-specific assortments. • Develop and refine the merchandise architecture based on consumer preferences, seasonal shifts, sales performance and inventory availability. • Ensure the right product is placed in the right consumer context in the right resale channel.

2. Pricing, price realisation & brand-appropriate merchandising • Own pricing frameworks and price-band logic across product categories, quality grades, brand tiers, revival interventions, and resale formats. • Guide merchandise presentation in a way that strengthens perceived value, trust,



and consumer willingness to buy pre-owned apparel you are not just building a brand but re-defining a category • Align pricing and product curation with pre-loved garments positioning across style, affordability, quality, and circular credibility. • Ensure merchandising decisions support both revenue outcomes and inventory productivity across the value chain.

3. Drop planning, event revenue ownership, demand-supply match & inventory productivity • Own merchandise and assortment planning for 100% of resale events and drops being executed by the team, across physical and digital channels. • Link every event or drop to a clear revenue target, with corresponding assumptions on inventory deployed, expected sell-through, ASP, category performance and stock productivity. • Plan and manage collection-led edits, themed assortments, channel-specific merchandise launches and recurring drops with strong execution discipline. • Improve
