Position - IT Engineer

Location - Telangana (Hanamkonda & Nalgonda)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), peripherals, and network devices to ensure seamless IT operations.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues within defined SLA timelines, ensuring minimal downtime.
3. Provide remote technical support to branch offices and customer sites by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
4. Manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printers, overhead scanners, ADF scanners, and other IT peripherals to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
5. Perform preventive maintenance, system health checks, and documentation of service activities while coordinating with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.

Mandatory Skills
- Solid knowledge of Computer Hardware, Networking,



and Windows Operating Systems.
- Hands-on experience in hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience in troubleshooting printers, overhead scanners, ADF scanners, and other peripherals.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide remote support effectively.

Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of server installation and basic server administration.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
- Understanding of antivirus, backup solutions, and IT security best practices.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites when required.
