Overview

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our organization's desktop computers, applications, and related technology.

Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
- Provide technical support for software applications and operating systems
- Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN networks, servers, and related components
- Respond to IT support requests and inquiries from users promptly
- Set up current user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Conduct regular system updates and perform system backups
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems





Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and mobile devices
- Experience in providing technical support and excellent customer service
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Familiarity with DNS, Jira, and other relevant IT tools
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
