Role & responsibilities:

Surveillance & Monitoring - Oversee CCTV monitoring and ensure round-the-clock surveillance of

the Campus.
- Access Control & Gate Operations - Manage entry/exit points and verify ID cards.
- Patrolling & Night Rounds - Conduct regular patrols and ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Visitor Management & ID Verification - Maintain visitor logs and confirm identities.
- Student & Staff Safety - Ensure safety during school hours and bus duty.
- Emergency Response & Fire Safety - Respond to incidents, conduct fire drills and evacuations.
- Incident Reporting & Documentation - Maintain logs and submit timely reports.
- Guard Supervision & Training - Supervise guards and conduct training sessions.
- Discipline & Professionalism - Ensure disciplined conduct and integrity.




- Asset Protection & Compliance - Safeguard property and follow legal protocols.
- Liaison & Communication - Coordinate with police, fire, and emergency departments.
- Crowd Control & Event Security - Manage school event security and crowd movement.
- First Aid Support - Provide first aid in emergencies.
- Control of all entry and exit of materials and equipment movement, ensuring only authorized assets access or leave the premises in compliance with school security protocols.

Preferred candidate profile
- Ex-Serviceman with experience in security management
- Physically fit, disciplined, and committed to ensuring safety
- Adaptable to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
