Key Responsibilities & Knowledge Required
- Extensive expertise in Captive Power Plant (CPP) Operations & Maintenance
- Solid knowledge of Boilers, Turbines, Generators (BTG), Turbo Blowers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, and Utility Systems
- Experience in Power Generation Optimization, Energy Management, and Cost Reduction Initiatives
- Proficiency in Plant Reliability, Asset Management, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Expertise in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, and Process Control Systems
- Strong capability in Performance Monitoring, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Problem Solving
- Knowledge of Boiler Water Chemistry, Cooling Water Management, and OEM Performance Standards
- Experience in Budget Management, Resource Optimization, and Operational Excellence
- Sound understanding of Statutory Compliance, Boiler Regulations,



Environmental Norms, and Regulatory Requirements
- Proven leadership in Manpower Planning, Team Development, and Cross-functional Coordination
- Strong commitment to Safety Excellence, Zero Harm Culture, EHS, VSS, VSAP, and AO Compliance
- Effective Strategic Planning, Decision Making, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management skills
- Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Continuous Improvement, and Sustainability Practices
- Capability to lead Emergency Preparedness, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Operations
