Job Title: Account Manager – Jewellery Industry

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager with 5-10 years of domain expertise in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of jewellery-specific accounting processes, statutory filings, and hands-on proficiency in Tally ERP (A–Z). The role demands full responsibility for managing the company’s financial statements, compliance filings, vendor and customer accounts, stock valuation, and all jewellery-related process documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements
- Monitor and calculate Average Book Stock Rates for jewellery and raw materials
- Manage the Job work Process, including gold issue/receipt, purity tracking, and reconciliations
- Handle Melting Process Accounting and maintain purity yield records
- Maintain accurate Vendor Balances, including Debit & Credit Notes
- Track and reconcile Customer Ledgers, Inflow Records, and Receivables
- Maintain and report Personal Accounts, including Inflow/Outflow of funds
- Perform TDS Filing,



GST Filing, and Advance Tax Payments accurately and on time
- Ensure A to Z working knowledge of Tally ERP, including voucher entries, ledgers, reconciliations, reports, and audit trails
- Create and maintain Process Documentation, SOPs, and compliance reports for internal and statutory audits
- Work closely with management and external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance

Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant accounting experience in the Jewellery or Precious Metals industry
- Technical Skills:
- Expert in Tally ERP (Full Functionality)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Knowledge of Taxation Laws, Gold Accounting, and Inventory Valuation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
