Role Description
The Human Resources Associate will support day-to-day HR operations and processes in a fast-paced startup setting. along with Talent Acquisition This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves handling employee onboarding , exit formalities, recruitment , maintaining HR documentation, and assisting with payroll and leave management.



The role includes coordinating training and development activities, supporting performance review cycles, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Associate will respond to employee queries, facilitate internal communication on HR matters, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen company culture and engagement.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations, with the ability to support core people processes along with Talent Acquisition
- Experience or interest in Training & Development, including coordinating learning programs and supporting skill-building initiatives.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels and maintain confidentiality.
