Qualification: MBA / MSW / Any Degree

Hands-on experience in conducting and managing training programs

We are looking for an experienced HR Training Development professional to plan, coordinate, and execute effective training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, competency mapping, and discussions with department heads
- Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external training programs
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of training initiatives
- Prepare training calendars, schedules, and training materials
- Conduct induction and onboarding training programs for new employees
- Implement and manage employee competency mapping and skill assessment processes
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments,



and performance improvement tracking
- Maintain training records, reports, and MIS related to training activities
- Support HR initiatives related to employee development and engagement
Requirements
- Strong exposure to training delivery and coordination
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with trainers, managers, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of competency mapping and learning development practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
