Job Description: Data & Analytics Application Support

Databricks, Power BI, and Stakeholder Enablement

Role Summary

Seeking support, development, enhancement, and production readiness of data-driven applications and analytics workflows. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project owners to translate operational needs into reliable Databricks, Power BI, and app-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication and Business Support
- Partner with business users, planners, analysts, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
- Facilitate working sessions, capture feedback, document decisions, and communicate progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Help validate application behavior with users and support UAT, demos,



and production readiness reviews.
- Create explicit documentation, release notes, process guides, and support materials for app users.

Databricks and Data Engineering Support
- Build and maintain Databricks notebooks, SQL queries, jobs, and Delta table workflows.
- Support Databricks Jobs orchestration, job parameters, job monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Work with Delta tables, Unity Catalog, Lakebase/Postgres, Databricks SQL warehouses, and PySpark-based transformations.
- Help design reliable data flows between source tables, app inputs, optimizer jobs, review outputs, and downstream systems.
- Support debugging of job failures, permissions issues, table access, and data quality concerns.

Application and Workflow Support
- Assist with enhancements to Streamlit or Python-based internal applications.
- Support app features such as applications with user input forms, validation logic, review
