Riverwood Projects is hiring a Sales Coordinator for our plotted township project
- Coordinate site visit scheduling between our sales team and prospective buyers/partners
- Track and maintain visit and lead data in trackers/spreadsheets
- Follow up on pending documentation and payments from clients
- Prepare weekly reports on visits, conversions, and lead status for management
- Act as the point of contact between field sales staff and internal management
- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and admin tasks

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years in sales coordination, operations, or CRM/backend sales support (real estate preferred, not mandatory)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic tracking tools




- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Willing to work weekends during active site visit periods
- Clear communicator in Hindi and English
- Based in or willing to travel to the Sonipat/Kharkhoda/NCR region
