Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives focused on life insurance products
- Drive team performance to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics and KPIs
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to improve team productivity and quality
- Conduct performance reviews and implement action plans for improvement
- Ensure adherence to compliance and process guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
- Maintain high levels of team motivation and engagement
Requirements
- Any Graduate and Above
- Experience: 2+ years
- Prior experience in outbound sales / lead generation
