Job Opportunity:

Pransh Group is looking for a curious, analytical and driven individual with a strong passion for equity research, investing and stock markets to join as an Equity Research Analyst / Associate.

The role offers hands-on exposure to fundamental research, financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis for the Group's proprietary investment portfolio.

Key Activities that you will do:

-Track and analyze listed companies across sectors and evaluate investment opportunities.
-Conduct fundamental, industry, competitor and market research.
-Build and maintain financial and valuation models, including DCF and comparable analysis.
- Attend management/earnings calls and monitor company, stock and financial performance.
- Prepare equity research reports, stock notes, investment recommendations and internal MIS.
- Monitor macroeconomic,



regulatory and market developments and assess their impact on investments.

Knowledge, Quality and Personal characteristics Required:
- Strong interest in equity markets and investing
- Strong financial, analytical and first-principles thinking skills
- Good understanding of financial statements and valuation
- Robust Excel and PowerPoint skills
-Familiarity with AI/LLM-based research tools
- Self-driven, organized and capable of working independently
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
