The LOFT Master Trainer will drive the deployment, quality, and sustainability of the LOFT Operational Training framework. The role is responsible for developing trainers and coaches, ensuring effective operator training and certification, monitoring training performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and develop LOFT Trainers and Coaches through TTT and TTC programs.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate operational training and certification activities.
- Support trainer selection and adapt/develop training materials based on operational needs.
- Ensure effective coaching and competency development of operators.
- Monitor training execution, trainer performance, and certification status.
- Track and report training data through AIRLOFT and other relevant dashboards.
- Monitor key KPIs related to Silver certification, onboarding, trainers, coaches, and newcomers.
- Participate in LOFT governance routines and collaborate with the TKS Core Team and other sites.
- Share best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support LOFT maturity audits, prepare evidence, and ensure closure of action plans.
