About the Role

Business Skool is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage client communication, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth client experience throughout the service journey.

Key Responsibilities Client Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with clients for Zoom and physical meetings.
- Share meeting schedules, Zoom links, and required information with clients on time.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and messages.
- Follow up with clients regarding assignments, service progress, and pending requirements.
- Address client queries and doubts and provide appropriate solutions or coordinate with the concerned team.

Client Welcome & Engagement




- Conduct welcome calls and send welcome messages for Workshop, Foundation, and Transformation Programs.
- Guide recent clients regarding the service process.
- Maintain positive and professional communication with clients.

Program & Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate workshops, Foundation Programs, and Transformation Programs.
- Schedule meetings between clients, Coaches, and Implementor Coaches.
- Coordinate meeting timings with clients and internal team members.
- Share Zoom links and meeting details with all concerned participants.
- Ensure proper follow-up for scheduled meetings and action points.

Client Database & Documentation
- Maintain and update client databases and Google Sheets.
- Keep client records and service-related information accurate and updated.
- Maintain proper documentation of client communication, meetings, feedback, and follow-ups.

Internal Team Coordination
- Coordinate with CRM, Service, Coach, Implementor, and oth
