Florist – Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, grade and sort fresh cut flowers according to quality, variety, size and freshness.
- Properly condition, hydrate, trim and store flowers to maximise vase life.
- Prepare bouquets, flower arrangements, lifestyle vase arrangements, hampers and customised floral products.
- Select suitable flowers, foliage, colours and combinations based on customer requirements and design briefs.
- Maintain consistent quality, presentation and finishing standards for all arrangements.
- Handle flowers carefully during cutting, packing, transportation and delivery preparation.
- Follow cold-chain and flower storage procedures, including temperature and hydration requirements.
- Minimise flower wastage through proper handling, rotation and utilisation of available stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the florist workstation, tools, buckets and storage areas.




- Assist in preparing arrangements for D2C orders, B2B customers, events, hotels, corporates and special occasions.
- Maintain inventory records of flowers, foliage, floral accessories, packaging materials and consumables.
- Coordinate with the sales/order team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Develop new floral designs and seasonal arrangements based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure the final product meets Flora Crest’s quality, branding and presentation standards.
- Support photography/display of recent floral arrangements for marketing and catalogue purposes.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
