Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance of goods through customs.
- Manage air and ocean freight operations, including booking shipments, tracking cargo movement, and resolving issues that may arise during transit.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents for exports (e.g., commercial invoices) and imports (e.g., bills of lading).
- Monitor inventory levels at warehouses to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in international logistics or related field.
- Solid knowledge of air cargo regulations, sea freight forwarding processes, and customs clearance procedures.
- Proficiency in NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) software is an asset.
