The candidate will act as a bridge between government department officials, project management teams, technical teams, vendors, and end users. The role involves requirement gathering, business process analysis, preparation of functional documentation, coordination with stakeholders, UAT support, project reporting, and monitoring of application implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with Government Department officials, project stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to understand business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, FRS, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Study existing government processes and prepare As-Is and To-Be process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and digitization.
- Translate business requirements into transparent requirements for development and QA teams.
- Coordinate with development, testing, implementation, and support teams.
- Participate in UAT, requirement validation,



issue tracking, and resolution coordination.
- Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases, requirement traceability documents, and sign-off documentation.
- Coordinate with government users during application implementation and rollout.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, MOMs, status reports, and project progress reports.
- Track project deliverables, milestones, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Support project managers in monitoring implementation timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with multiple departments/agencies and ensure timely closure of requirements and issues.
- Support preparation of project documentation required for reviews, audits, and government meetings.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, requirement discussions, demonstrations, and training sessions.
