Job Description Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Project Development

Role Overview:
Support the development of Solar, Wind and Hybrid Renewable Energy projects from site identification to project readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential project sites based on resource potential, land availability and development constraints.
- Assist in evaluating power evacuation options, processing connectivity applications, and tracking the status and progress of connectivity applications.
- Support statutory approvals and coordination with government authorities and other stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of land, environmental, forest, wildlife, terrain and other project-related constraints.
- Develop an understanding of Renewable Energy policies, regulations and procedures across various RE states and assess their implications for project development.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers,



competition tracking databases, MIS, development databases, presentations, and periodic project development reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/agencies.

Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate in Law or B.Tech./B.E. in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates may also be considered.
- Willingness and ability to understand and grasp Renewable Energy policies and regulations across different states.
- Knowledge of Renewable Energy, GIS/Google Earth and MS Excel/PowerPoint will be preferred.
- Solid analytical, coordination, and communication skills, coupled with a go-getter attitude, proactive approach, and self-starter mindset. Role & responsibilities
