Job Summary

The Sales Assistant will support the Sales & Marketing team in promoting the hotel’s rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, events, and other hospitality services. The role involves assisting with client communication, sales coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales team in generating recent business opportunities and leads.
- Handle inquiries from corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and other potential customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Assist in coordinating hotel visits, client meetings, property inspections, and events.
- Maintain updated records of clients, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.




- Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in promoting hotel rooms, banquet packages, restaurants, conferences, weddings, and other facilities.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and assist in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales calls, meetings, exhibitions, promotional activities, and networking events when required.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required.
- Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
