About the Role

We are looking for an
Associate Manager – Real Estate
to drive premium residential sales, manage client relationships, close high-value transactions, and mentor junior sales executives.

This is a
leadership-track opportunity
for an experienced real estate sales professional who is confident in consultative selling and wants to grow into a larger sales leadership role.

Key Responsibilities




- Handle and convert inbound leads for premium residential projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to site visits, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through a consultative and trust-based approach.
- Maintain strong knowledge of project pricing, inventory, offers, and market competition.
- Guide and mentor junior Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales trackers, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and developer partners to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in
real estate sales
, preferably in premium residential projects.
- Proven track record of closing high-value residential deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
