About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Trainer to lead, educate, and empower our clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting hands-on training and upskilling healthcare professionals across various centers in and around Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive clinical and practical training to the entire clinical team.
- Travel locally across facilities in and around Hyderabad to conduct training sessions and quality audits.
- Ensure team compliance with standard operating procedures, medical protocols, and aesthetic safety guidelines.
- Monitor trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct periodic refresher courses.
- Collaborate with corporate leaders to update training modules according to industry advancements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational background or hands-on experience in Aesthetics (Cosmetology, or related clinical background).
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within Hyderabad.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
