Synopsis:

Administers the BMC Control-M batch scheduling estate, covering calendar/job management,

monitoring and incident handling for the batch workload underpinning BCC operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar/job scheduling administration
- Monitoring and incident/request handling for the batch estate
- Housekeeping and change coordination
- Documentation of job dependencies and schedules

Required Skills:
- BMC Control-M administration and job-calendar management
- Workload automation and scheduling dependency management
- Scripting for job/workflow support




- Batch incident/request handling and root-cause analysis

Certifications

Mandatory
- Demonstrable production Control-M (or equivalent workload automation platform) administration experience

Preferred / Advantageous
- BMC Control-M certification
- ITIL Foundation

Soft Skills & Attributes
