Job Description

We are looking for confident and motivated International Telecallers / Lead Generation Executives to join our digital marketing company. The role involves making outbound calls to international clients, introducing our digital marketing services, understanding their business requirements, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international clients and businesses.
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Introduce and explain our digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle client questions and objections professionally.

Requirements




- 0–3 years of experience in international calling, telecalling, sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent English communication and conversation skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to international clients.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work primarily in night shifts.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.
