Position - Area Sales Manager (ASM) Residential

Location Bangalore

Reporting To NSM

Product Range - Piping and connection technology, radiant heating and cooling, pre-wall and flushing technology, drainage technology.

Objectives of the Job
- Maximizing Sales top line number & Increasing coverage of Area / Territory
- Effective Channel Partner management

Performance Measurement
- Achievement of Sales target
- Adherence to company policies for Sales processes
- No. of visits to customer and influencer
- Compliance of / with Viega Values, Purpose & local regulations
- Timely updation of CRM data

Responsibilities

Functional & Administrative Responsibilities
- Responsibility for attainment of stipulated sales targets (Top Line & Product category).
- Implementation of sales strategy in close consultation and agreement with company management.
- Responsible for acquiring current market & competition data.
- Implementation of go to market plan / strategy in close consultation and agreement with company management.




- Responsible for new-customer acquisition and existing-customer management.
- Support for launch of current products.
- Updation of CRM data and corrective actions based on CRM data.
- Monitoring monthly sales & new product launch results.
- Effective channel network management new & existing.
- Effective influencers management Architects, MEP consultants, contractors and plumbers.

Shared Responsibilities
- Sharing of market & competition data along with best practices with all India sales colleagues

Education / Experience / Skills / Competencies Required
- Bachelors degree
- Post graduate management education preferred
- Bachelors in engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) will be preferred
- 6 - 8 years of experience in technical sales
- Industry Building Material Industry / Plumbing Industry
- Excellent data analysis and presentation skills
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
