What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across diverse business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the complete recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding

Develop innovative sourcing strategies using:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job Portals
- Employee Referrals




- Social Media Networks
- Professional Communities

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities

Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless candidate engagement

Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate onboarding

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience

Maintain accurate records using ATS and recruitment technologies

Track and analyze recruitment metrics including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Source Effectiveness
- Hiring Efficiency
- Cost-per-Hire

Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent market insights, and industry best practices
