Managed Offices Sales

Role Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the Managed Office business by driving enterprise sales, business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth while achieving occupancy and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Drive enterprise sales and business development to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new corporate clients for Managed Offices, Versatile Workspaces, and Customized Office Solutions.
- Drive sales of Managed Offices, Flex Lease solutions, and fit-out funding solutions.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand the Managed Office portfolio.
- Forecast revenue, manage client churn, and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and client retention.

Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, channel partners, brokers, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the complete client lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development,



commercial negotiations, onboarding, renewals, and account management.
- Deliver customized workplace solutions based on client business requirements while ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Financial & Commercial Management
- Own the commercial performance of the Managed Office business and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, occupancy reports, and business performance dashboards.
- Monitor business performance against revenue and occupancy targets.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements for Managed Office and Flexible Workspace solutions.

Team Leadership & Governance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial governance, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications
- MBA or Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a
