About Micron ERP

Micron ERP is building school management software for private schools across Punjab and India — helping principals, teachers, and admins run their institutions digitally. We are an early-stage EdTech startup with a growing school network and an ambitious target to onboard hundreds of schools across India. You will work directly with the founding team to build and lead our school sales function.

About This Role

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager who has specifically sold to schools — someone who knows how principals think, how school management committees make decisions, and how to build trust with education decision-makers over time.

This is not a generic sales role. We need someone who has walked into a school, sat across a principal, understood their pain points, and closed a deal. If you've sold EdTech, school ERP,



school management software, CCTV systems, furniture, books, stationery, or any product directly to schools — we want to talk to you.

You will own the entire sales function — managing the BD team, setting targets, building school relationships at a senior level, and driving revenue growth across Punjab and India.

What You Will Do

School Sales & Business Development

Own and drive school acquisition targets across assigned territories
Build and maintain relationships with school principals, directors, trustees, and management committees.

Conduct high-level meetings and demos with decision-makers at large school groups and chains

Negotiate and close deals with schools — individual schools as well as multi-school groups
Identify and develop new market opportunities across Punjab and other states

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and manage the BD team — set daily targets, review performance, and coach on
