Roles and Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for generative AI and agentive AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Develop and implement effective data augmentation techniques to enhance model performance.
- Conduct thorough analysis of training results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members on AI-related projects.

Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, including GANs,



VAEs, and Transformers.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Excellent knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying successful AI models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse teams.
