Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Consultant
Role Summary:
The Oracle Fusion HCM Global Payroll Functional Consultant is responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion Global Payroll across multiple countries. The role involves close coordination with HR, Payroll, Finance, third party payroll vendors, and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Payroll Configuration & Support:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Global Payroll for multi country payrolls including UAE, Egypt, KSA, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, African countries, etc.,
- Configure payroll statutory units, payroll definitions, elements, balances, and calculation rules.
- Configure deductions, earnings, allowances, overtime, retro pay,
and recurring/non recurring elements.
- Support payroll calendars, consolidation groups, costing, and payment methods.
Payroll Processing & Validation:
- Support end to end payroll processing including:
- Pre payroll validations
- Payroll runs and recalculations.
- Retro pay processing.
- Payroll balances and reconciliation.
- Analyze and resolve payroll run errors, balance discrepancies, and costing issues.
- Support parallel payroll runs and cutover activities during implementations or transitions.
Statutory & Compliance:
- Configure and support country specific statutory rules (tax, social insurance, end of service advantages, etc.).
- Ensure payroll compliance with local regulations and internal audit requirements.
- Support statutory reporting and year end processes.
Integrations & Interfaces:
- Support payroll integrations with:
- Third party payroll engines (e.g., Ramco and other local providers)
