Role Objective:

To lead and manage the execution of HVAC projects at site by overseeing installation, ducting, piping, chilled-water system works, and commissioning activities, ensuring timely project completion, quality standards, safety compliance, and successful handover documentation while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Description:
- Monitor and drive the current status and progress of assigned HVAC projects, ensuring milestones and project targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to execute ducting, piping, chiller erection, and chilled-water system works.
- Organize and manage site execution activities including erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Ensure completion of projects within planned timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.




- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and provide updates on project status, risks, and corrective actions.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment of scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Prepare and manage project handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M; manuals, commissioning reports, and vendor records.
- Maintain accurate project documentation such as daily logs, site diaries, progress reports, and material records.
- Identify project execution challenges and implement effective solutions to avoid delays.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams to ensure productive project execution.
