Job Title: Rebar Detailer and Rebar Estimator

Qualification: DME / BE Cvil

Experience: 2 Years to 5 Years

Preferable: DISA High pressure moulding line maintenance experience

Location: Coimbatore
Responsibilities
- Rebar Detailer: Prepare detailed rebar shop drawings based on structural and architectural plans.
- Rebar Detailer: Create bar lists and bending schedules.
- Rebar Detailer: Ensure all rebar detailing complies with industry standards and project specifications.
- Rebar Estimator: Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed rebar quantity takeoffs.
- Rebar Estimator: Prepare and submit an accurate Rebar Estimate Report.
- Rebar Estimator: Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Rebar Estimator: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and construction methods.
- Rebar Estimator: Prepare and present detailed reports on project cost estimates and variances.
Qualifications




- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in rebar detailing and estimating.
- Proficient in using Rebar CAD and aSa software and other relevant tools for rebar detailing and estimating.
- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.
