- Present and explain the benefits of partnering with our bank
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with merchants
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to merchants, addressing any concerns or issues they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of current merchants
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and transactions
