We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the Shipping & Logistics domain to work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams in delivering digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create User Stories, BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams.
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
- Work on process improvement and solution design.
Required Skills:-
- 4-10 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Robust experience in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Forwarding domain.
- Expertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of APIs, Microservices, and digital product development is preferred.
