Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms including
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube
.
- Plan and manage monthly
content calendars
and social media campaigns.
- Create engaging
static graphics, Reels, short-form videos and other digital content
using Canva and video editing tools.
- Write
SEO-friendly blogs, social media content, ad copy and email content
.
- Plan, run and optimise
Meta Ads and Google Ads
campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance, including
CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS and conversions
, and make necessary optimisations.
- Manage
email marketing campaigns and automation using Mailchimp
.
- Analyse marketing performance using
GA4 and platform insights
and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain consistent
brand identity, messaging, and content quality
across multiple brands.
- Develop and support campaigns focused on
lead generation, enquiries, and enrolments
.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience
in digital marketing.
- Solid experience with
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
.




- Advanced knowledge of
Canva
for social media graphics and marketing materials.
- Hands-on experience with
Mailchimp
, including email campaigns and automation.
- Experience creating and editing
short-form video content
.
- Good understanding of
SEO, social media marketing and paid advertising
.
- Working knowledge of
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
.
- Excellent
written and verbal English communication
.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Ability to
manage multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Portfolio of previous digital marketing work is required.

Preferred
- Experience in the
education, training or international education sector
.
- Knowledge of the
Australian education market
.
- Experience with
Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console or WordPress
.
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification.
