Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent for the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Create and post job advertisements on various recruitment channels.

Candidate Assessment & Selection
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience,



and cultural fit.
- Administer assessments, background checks, and reference verifications as required.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and candidate communication.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment metrics.
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.
- Promote the organization through social media and skilled networks.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment regulations.
