As a Game & Level Designer, you will:
- Design new game systems, features, mechanics, and content from concept through implementation, as well as engaging levels, missions, and experiences using internal tools.
- Define level structure, sequencing,



and difficulty progression to create an engaging player journey.
- Balance and maintain the game s economy and monetization systems.
- Design, support, analyze, and improve live ops events to increase player engagement and meet business goals.
- Analyze game metrics, KPIs, market trends, playtest results, team input, and community feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Analysts to define requirements, shape roadmaps, evaluate performance, and improve key game KPIs.
- Create and maintain clear design documentation, including briefs, flowcharts, feature specifications, level layouts, and UI/UX mockups.
- Participate in key production reviews, design reviews, and development milestones.
- Contribute creative ideas and design leadership within an agile, multidisciplinary team.
