Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about business development, customer engagement, lead generation, and achieving sales growth.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication, negotiation, telemarketing, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and online outreach.
- Generate potential customer databases using online resources and search engines.
- Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.




- Present products and services to customers through presentations and demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Reconnect with existing customers to generate repeat business and new opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales opportunities.
- Increase market visibility and awareness of the company's products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Maintain regular follow-up and update sales activities in internal records.

Candidate Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Tele-sales / Marketing.
- Experience in Analytical & Scientific Instruments will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with a strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skil
