Purpose/Objective

The System Completion Engineer is responsible for planning, configuring, and executing the project completions and commissioning strategy using Hexagon Smart® Completions, ensuring structured, datadriven, and verifiable handover of systems, subsystems, and equipment from construction through commissioning to operations.
The role ensures that completion deliverables are digitally managed, traceable, and aligned with engineering, construction, quality, and turnover (MC/CC/TOC) processes, enabling a smooth and auditable transfer of asset information to Operations and Maintenance.
To implement and manage a systembased, digital completions process using Hexagon Smart Completions that ensures mechanical completion, commissioning readiness, and final handover are executed efficiently, transparently, and in full compliance with project, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities of Role

•Configure and import engineering data, create work breakdown structures (WBS), system structures, and user role profiles.
•Develop Smart Forms (task/test models),



format test forms, and configure Turnover Package (TOP) requirements.
•Create and manage job cards (scheduling, baseline S-curves) and batch assign tasks for completion tracking.
•Track completion of project deliverables—punch lists, inspections, testing, turnover documentation, and accountability from construction to operations.
•Validate test documentation, As-Built records, ITPs/ITRs, commissioning forms, and certificates.
•Configure and manage system security, user access profiles, QR code generation, and data synchronization between systems.
•Produce weekly/monthly status reports and present %Complete metrics for SOWs to PMs.
•Provide user support and training in Smart Completions usage, resolving system issues.
•Interface with commissioning leads and planning teams (e.
