Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Assure accuracy and adequacy of reconciliation controls in the books of accounts and Review of accuracy of ficial reporting 1. Review reconciliation statements of all accounts and ensure adherence to reconciliation standards.

2. Reporting under reconciliation standards.

Streamline process of reconciliation between all support systems and ficial systems to ensure minimum manual intervention in the accounting process

4. Review ficial reporting procedures to ensure accuracy of the ficial reporting

5. Report deviations, if any, under reconciliation standards

6. Extend assistance in identifying the issues wrt the exceptions reported under reconciliation standards. KRA2 Coordinate Process automation 1. Scrutinize and identify manual intervention areas with potential control risks.

2. Evaluate and coordinate automation for enhanced controls. KRA3 Develop Exception reporting 1. Devise and develop Exception reports for key control areas and highlighting control gaps and sending timely alerts.

2. Develop / implement relevant MISs and reporting mechanism for highlighting and providing relevant feedback / assurance to Head of Fice on the adequacy and efficacy of controls.

3. Highlight critical control gaps and provide timely alerts for taking effective remedial steps.
