Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City,



with multiple openings focused on stainless steel and aerospace product lines. Team members will support day-to-day production and quality operations, including monitoring manufacturing processes, coordinating with shop floor personnel, and ensuring that products meet required technical and industry standards. Responsibilities may include handling order execution, supporting process and product inspections, maintaining documentation and reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, maintenance, and planning. Roles can involve interaction with customers or internal stakeholders to clarify specifications, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, productivity, and product performance.
