What job duties can I expect to perform as a Customer Support Representative?
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to queries such as prior authorization of billing, claims, or patient support.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Process and manage healthcare-related documentation,
claims, and billing records.
- Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely.
- Handle email and chat support as required.

What requirements must I meet to join the team?
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy.
- English Proficiency: B-2 level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (claims, billing, or customer support preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus.
