We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to independently manage the complete HR function for a 500+ employee infrastructure organization, covering Head Office and project/site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations across HO and project sites.
- Handle employee retention, engagement, grievances, and employee relations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning as per project requirements.
- Oversee monthly payroll, attendance, leave, salary processing, and F&F.;
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
- Conduct regular site HR visits and resolve manpower and employee-related issues.
- Manage performance appraisal, KRA/KPI, increments, promotions, and transfers.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Prepare HR MIS, manpower, attrition, payroll, and recruitment reports for management.
- Lead and guide the HR team and coordinate with Project Heads,



Department Heads, and Senior Management.
- Handle disciplinary matters, employee exits, and maintain a positive work culture.

Required Profile
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in Infrastructure / Construction / EPC.
- Strong experience in site HR and HO HR operations.
- Proven ability to manage 500+ employees.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, retention, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
