We are looking for a responsible and proactive Block Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations and upkeep of an assigned college block. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring cleanliness, discipline, maintenance, safety, security, and basic facilities, while coordinating with housekeeping, security, maintenance, faculty, and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the overall day-to-day functioning of the assigned college block.
- Conduct regular rounds of classrooms, laboratories, corridors, washrooms, common areas, and other facilities.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the block.
- Monitor basic infrastructure, including lighting, fans/ACs, furniture, drinking water, electrical and plumbing facilities.
- Identify and report maintenance issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor student discipline and ensure compliance with campus rules.
- Coordinate with security personnel regarding safety and security concerns.
- Ensure emergency exits, staircases, corridors, and fire-safety arrangements remain accessible.




- Coordinate with faculty, HODs, administration, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Assist in arrangements for examinations, meetings, events, inspections, and other campus activities.
- Maintain records of complaints, incidents, maintenance requirements, and actions taken.
- Escalate important or unresolved issues to the reporting authority.
- Perform other administrative and operational responsibilities assigned by the management.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in college/school administration, facility management, campus operations, hospitality, security supervision, or a similar role.
- Experience in an educational institution will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage students and support staff tactfully and qualified
