Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with ICU / Neuro ICU experience to work in a Rehabilitation Centre. The role involves providing critical and ongoing nursing care to patients recovering from neurological conditions, trauma, and long-term illnesses, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients admitted in ICU/Neuro ICU within the rehabilitation setup.
- Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and overall patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors and therapists during medical procedures and rehabilitation interventions.
- Handle and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Ensure infection control, safety,



and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
- Educate patients and caregivers about ongoing care and rehabilitation needs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, physiotherapists, and therapists.
- Respond efficiently to emergencies and critical situations.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in ICU or Neuro ICU nursing
- Knowledge of rehabilitation-focused patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary workplace
- Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
