FM/IFM/manpower/security/housekeeping/technical services
Existing corporate network is highly desirable
Experience selling to Factories + IT Parks + Corporate Offices + Hospitals + Warehouses
RFP/RFQ/tender experience
Can prepare wage breakups and commercial proposals
Knows minimum wages, PF, ESIC and manpower costing
Can negotiate contracts
Experience in acquiring current clients
Has personally closed 2 Cr+ annual FM contracts
Has a strong network in MP/CG/Rajasthan/Maharashtra/karnataka
Will travel extensively
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
