About the Internship

AS Consultancy is hiring an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern who wants to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. This internship provides practical experience in candidate sourcing, calling, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and recruitment operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, and internal databases.
- Call and screen potential candidates.
- Understand candidate qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and location preferences.
- Share suitable job opportunities with candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and demo sessions.
- Maintain candidate data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Conduct regular candidate follow-ups.
- Assist the senior recruitment team in closing positions.
- Learn the complete recruitment process from sourcing to candidate joining.




- Help in hiring teachers and faculty for IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation, CBSE, ICSE, schools, and coaching institutes.

Eligibility
- Graduate / Final-Year Student / MBA HR student preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Interested in building a career in HR and Recruitment.
