Role & responsibilities
- Role of Cash app/Billing/Collections / Dispute Management for global customers
- Must have good knowledge in working on MS office applications.
- Reporting actual Billing/Cash Applications Collections against monthly targets
- Quality review of Cash Application/Billing process
- Follow up through mails and calls
- Escalation of issues to Stake holders.
- Should be able to solve & help customers and business teams in case of queries related to their invoices

Preferred candidate profile
- Immediate hiring for Order-to-Cash (O2C) /Cash Apps, Billing, Dispute Management & Collections professionals with 1-7 years of experience,
- Candidates must be willing to work 5 days Work from Office, and available to join immediately,

Career Levels:

C02 - 1 - 3 Years of Experience

C03 - 3 - 4.5 Years of Experience

C04 - 4.5 -7 Years of Experience

This is a walk-in Face-to-Face Interview. Only candidates with relevant experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Cash Applications, Billing, Collections, having 1 to 7 years of experience, are requested to attend the interview. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
